They knew our insurance from the first phone call and from receiving our referral. They said we are good to go and scheduled us. 2 weeks later they said the billing department had questions. We called as instructed and had to wait 4 more days for a call back, to tell us they won't treat my elderly mother because she has Medicaid. Wasted valuable weeks of our precious time due to the staff's incompetence. I blame the owners and management for this terrible amount of neglect
Best and most qualified people i know. I have been going since 2017 and the treatment has been very accomodating. The space is clean and soothing.
