Horrible hospital waiting hours and hours for nothing then they are rude don’t no how to talk to people tgey make faces and I went to another hospital and they treated me better and faster the doctors actually work not like parkland

In 2023 I went to ER for symptoms that quickly became a cancer diagnosis.For my treatment and the post treatment check ups since, the team at Parkland have been great to me every step of the way. They've always been friendly and supportive which naturally went a long way to keeping my spirits up in everything. I literally owe these people my life and will continue to vouch for them every chance I get.
“Mrs. D” at the front desk doesn’t know proper procedure for checking in NICU visitors. When she was corrected by other staff, she offered me no apology or explanation for her mistake. Very disappointing.
Just had my surgery yesterday and let me tell you they were great go care team from the surgeons to the after care
