We spent 15 hours waiting to see a doctor. I sat in an uncomfortable wheelchair with back pain for all that time and once I saw the doctor and she saw me move to the bed, she said I could walk. I literally had told them I could be on my feet no more than 5 minutes before experiencing excruciating pain and pressure in my lumbar. I went here this past Wednesday on June 10th 2026. Cause of my ostma pouch was leaking and was not sticking. Plus I had pain. I waited 6 hours to only receive some tape and 1 pain pill. Then I get to the parking garage and received a phone call saying to come back in to retrieve the right medical supply for my ostma pouch. So I said No, so the nurse proceeded to say well meet me in the parking lot in front of the building. So I waited for at 20 minutes to receive the correct medical supplies.
