I called the office as an emergency, and wasn't even a patient. The lady who answered was so nice and made sure she fit me in the schedule to be seen. Dr. Burden was considerate to the fact that I am petrified of the dentist office, he did everything he can to arrange for an oral surgeon to see me immediately and remove my tooth that was causing my infection and torturous pain.
