The apartments have spacious lofts and are priced very well for the area!
arboreal managment is awful, they to not reply to emails, and calling them is like pulling teeth. i moved out at the end of march and they still haven't sent me my security deposit back. building is nasty and roach infested, and they only have 2 sets of washers and dryers for the whole building for some reason. some tenants will leave the toilets covered in piss. would not reccomend living here.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! COCKROACH INFESTATION!!! I moved in on a Saturday. Promptly moved out Sunday. Cockroach crawled on the couch next to me and when I tried to spray raid behind the appliances they scattered from behind the fridge. Talked to two other residents(one on the other side of the building) and they both said they’ve seen the cockroaches but we’re “not bothered by them”. It’s cheap rent but DONT DO IT!!! I am disappointed with my experience at The New Pacific. If you decide to live here, get written proof of everything discussed with management, otherwise they will not always hold up their end of the deal. Do not expect to get your deposit back. When I moved in, my unit was unfinished, and I was told repairs would be made within a week. This turned into weeks. The main light in my apartment wasn't in working condition for months.
