They had a fair variety of glasses to choose- at the price, I couldn't complain. I brought my own prescription to them and they made my Sunglasses. Unprofessional company. It was good when Cynthia owned it. I haven't been in there for a while, but when I was there a dishonest woman and her son managed it. They never smile and are just horrible people.

My child is a hand-full, and NOT ONE TIME have they lost their patience with us! Not only has all of the staff been extremely nice, they have also been exceptionally helpful. I have been taking my kids to New Outlook Optical for 12 years. They have great kid packages and a great selection of frames. I was a little nervous when my first child needed glasses at age 2, but the staff was very kind and helped calm my nerves. They have always treated me and my kids like family.
