Went apartment hunting and every place regardless of their availability had warm, inviting, informative agents greeting and providing great customer service without bias. NOT THIS PLACE! The attitude I received from the person there was dismissive, bothered, judgemental, and just completely ugly. Take your money where they treat everyone with respect and cordially regardless if they have availability or not. Speaks volumes.
A/c & hot water/ pressure issues, it’s 100 degrees and my family member who lives here has none of those utilities,infested with roaches and rats!!! Don’t be fooled most of the good reviews here are fake & made up by the management.
