I had an extremely difficult time dealing with this body shop. They didn’t call me, held onto the car for a long time, promised to contact the insurance company regarding my expenses but ended up using the funds themselves. It wasn’t even my car; it belonged to my elderly father. I believe they provide such poor service because they think elderly people won't post negative reviews.
