Good facility, staff has been very kind and helpful. My son’s therapist is great, extremely supportive and understanding.
My treatment and care at New Oakland family Centers has been great through the years. My CNP Emily is great and very knowledgeable with my treatment. She is always down to earth with me. Making my appointments has always been easy to set up. I recommend New Oakland to anyone needing a Doctor, therapy or programs to participate.
All the staff there care a lot but Rodney, the group leader, was second to none. Sidney was an incredible listener and was knowledgable about a bunch of community resources to fit my specific situation. If you're serious about recovery but don't know how, or where to start, New Oakland can help. Jasmine at the front desk is also super sweet and helpful.
