The worst property management/rental company I have ever had to deal with. Our duplex was foreclosed while we were living in it. We weren’t notified about the pending foreclosure and auction until we had a notice taped to our door, not even from the landlord or company themselves. This is the worst rental property I have ever lived in. We moved in as soon as construction was done and were reassured that any issues would be worked out right away. It has been 3 years and Mark has ignored and blatantly refused to fix major things throughout the building and our specific unit. In my unit, the cracks around the windows have never been sealed and they grow wider and more drafty with each season that passes.
