I went into the nail salon Friday with my niece for her birthday to get a manicure for us both everything was awful they didn’t cut down our regular nails. They kept filing our nails and stopping every 3-4 minutes. Both of our nails are uneven, long, not the same length as the rest like it should be and they were chipped. This company did my daughter's nails for her 11th birthday on Friday August 7th 2020. The next day, 2 nails fell off. She was taken back for repair on Sunday, August 9th. On Monday, August 10th, 3 more nails fell off. When I looked at her natural nail closely I noticed that they did not remove the enamel completely from her nails, nor did they push her cuticles back at all, but rather built the nail on top of the cutical skin. i just went in yesterday and i took my fiance. The man who did mine wasnt good at all. He did the yellow i think pumice stone it's called but didnt actually scrap my deadskin off but i paid for the same thing for my fiance and his was on point. i shouldn't be able to see the dead skin on my feet when i literally just paid almost $100 for us to go. very disappointed and not worth the money at all. not to mention waiting awhole hour before someone even spoke to us. it was pretty awkward. and the i chose 2 colors and he didnt e... read more
