I have spent too much money at this spa to be disrespected! Today I came for SNS, they ignored me for 30 minutes. I finally said something and the guy comes over and is clearly rushing to do my nails. I said “sir please don’t rush to do my nails, I know you are busy”. He replies “you can go”. This is the second time I came to this shop and I can say I will NEVER come again. I went for a basic manicure. The lady starts doing my nails I asked her not to file them too low because I want to retain the strength of my nails. She then passes me off to a man who did my nails the first time I was there. I decided I would do a gel polish, the guy does it, I don't like it because I see bubbles starting to form and lines as if I pressed on my finger, he tells me just put it under the light. Paid for a fill in with cut down with gel polish nail started peeling 2 days later and the lengths is terrible look at how short my thumb is compared to other fingers
