I've had my nails professionally done only a few times in my entire life. I'm a total newbie so I was like "info-overload" when I was hearing all the options I had. Ashley and another nail tech made the initial decision making go a whole lot smoother. I'm sorry for not getting the second nail tech's name. She and Ashley were sweethearts! I used to live in Laredo and New Nails was my go to place, now I moved out of town and still my favorite place. Every time I visit my kids I always go to New Nails, Evelyn and Bryanna are the best!!
The experience itself was far from relaxing. My cuticles were over-cut to the point where my nails were bleeding profusely, making the whole process uncomfortable and painful. For the price I paid, I expected better attention to detail and a more enjoyable experience.
