Having worked w/Gail right after post partum all the way to my baby's turning 1, I cannot say enough great things about this place. I found New Mother New Baby through The Lactation Network and was later recommended their lactation consultants through my birthing hospital. Going through TLN, 6 appointments are fully covered by my insurance. As a first time mom, I could not be happier with their help! I went in person for a prenatal session to pick out nursing bras and tops, and get fitted for flange size. I was in so much pain as a first time mom experiencing engorgement and despite being busy, I was taken care of. It felt so nice to be treated with compassion in such a difficult time! 1000% recommend Gail and her team!!
My appointments with Katie have been very helpful! She is able to assess my technique and offer solutions/things to try that I never would have thought of on my own.
Dr. Hidaka was incredibly helpful in helping me with increasing milk supply and breastfeeding. I had a rocky start with breastfeeding/pumping and feared that I waited too late to see a consultant for any significant improvements - I saw Dr. Hidaka at three weeks postpartum. My milk supply was extremely low and my baby had never successfully breastfed.
