I've attended the Infant CPR class offered through New Mother New Baby and recently had a pre-natal lactation consult. Both were incredibly informative, helped me to feel empowered as a soon to be mom, and cut through a lot of the nerves/anxiety you find from information online.
I highly recommend paying a visit to Gail if you are a mom and planning to breastfeed!! Gail is so informative, encouraging, and helpful. She answered my call when I was two days postpartum, crying and desperate as my milk wasn’t coming in. The hospital discharged me without any lactation education but I heard about Gail from my sister in law. Gail let me come in the same day I called and she heard me, educated me, and gave me hope. Had my intro season today and it was great! Highly recommend for new moms. Very informative and comforting!
Maya is a fantastic lactation consultant! She has helped get a good latch with my baby to nurse easier and has walked me through step by step how to use my pump with settings included. Maya also is extremely knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions I have had as a new mom. I would highly recommend Maya to help other moms breastfeed!
