I’ve personally had so many bad experiences at other dental offices where it feels like the staff doesn’t care & they’re too aggressive with almost all procedures, so I definitely recommend booking at Floss Life because they’re the opposite of that. All the staff here are always so kind and respectful, and it truly feels like they genuinely care for each of their clients. If you’re in the waiting room, you can even hear how kind they are to their clients, and the positive interactions between the staff.
Dr. Hanna and the office manager Veronica are the absolute BEST! I’ve never had to wait long to be seen, and they make sure that I’m taken care of and good. Dr. Hanna makes sure that I’m at ease during any procedure, and Veronica makes sure that I fully understand all paperwork. -P
Front desk manager Veronica is efficient, professional, and very helpful. Dr. Zikry, E. is famous for her TLC. No need to be scared of dental work pain. That's the one and only Dentist I trust if you are looking for a gentle outstanding care.
