Complete mismanagement of my diabetes, office staff is incompetent, rude, and completely dropped the ball on my medication authorization. I was on Ozempic and it was covered before but they took me off of it because Linda Baker didn't prescribe it to her patients. I was told I doubt they'd cover it because you don't have any comorbidities, diabetes is a comorbidity!
