Yep! I'm a one star person! Too many patients! There's a main operations you get sent to but it's not the office. No one knows what's going on till you complain. Made 2 telehealth appts. Never got called. When I inquired they said "oh you need to come into the office" after make 2 appointments! Then no one got back to me! Try elsewhere!
My husband saw Dr. Watkins. He is very good and knowledgeable. The staff is very good and helpful, they go above and beyond to help!
Dr Skardis is incredibly talented and experienced. I had a 3/4 full thickness tear of my rotator cuff, as well as many other painful issues. Surgery was not advised(and I didn’t want it) After the very first series of injections I was able to sleep on my shoulder comfortably. As I see it, Dr Skardis saved me months of anguish and thousands of dollars. He may be more expensive than some, yet his accuracy with guiding the needle to the injury sites was prophetic!! He treated me for plantars fasciitis and also fo muscular issue around my knee with fantastic results. More than 5 years later, no more problems in either area
Dr. Watkins and his staff at this office are always very pleasant and friendly and helpful. They show true concern , empathy, compassion, and care for the patients that they treat. They always make my visit easy and pleasant and meaningful. I truly appreciate the care they provide, and I definitely don’t mind driving three hours to see them.
