For customer service. Just off the phone with the self-proclaimed owner, answers the phone “hello” and nothing else. Inquired about a rental. He went on to say rentals aren’t worth his time due to the pandemic, it’s a waste of his time and resources, etc. I completely understand Covid is stressing our businesses, but if this is the level of customer service offered, I’ll be sure to take this interaction into consideration in the future and when making recommendations. My wife and I took both took level 1 and level 2 kayak classes last Saturday. Kelly, our instructor, was an excellent teacher! He has many years of kayak experience and teaching the same. I recommend taking kayaking lessons before tossing your kayak in a river and I highly recommend Kelly of New Mexico Kayak Instruction!

My husband Phil and I had such a great experience last Saturday. Kelly was such a good teacher, he was very informative, patient and a good communicator. It was an enjoyable day and I felt like I gained confidence in my kayaking abilities as well as becoming more intrigued by the sport. I am glad that we decided to take these two courses.
