I recently went to see Dr. Alkouz at the Grande blvd in Rio Rancho. The doctor was wonderful, answered all my questions without hesitation. He set me up for several appointments for different tests. Which were long overdue, since I moved here 18 months ago. The staff was great, the receptionist didn’t get annoyed since I have some hearing loss, and asked her to repeat some questions. Staff was Courteous And helpful l was in snd out very quickly.
Recently, I had imaging and other cardiac tests done at this facility. The staff was extremely polite, courteous and professional. Janet, Lauren & Taylor were very kind and compassionate. Janet went above and beyond to assist me. (I had fallen earlier in the day) and was very sore and in pain. She provided me an ice pack, monitored me closely and informed me that she would accompany me to the emergency room if I was interested. I declined, however, her kindness, attitude and sincere care lifted my spirits and greatly appreci... read more

My blood pressure is 180 over 112. My doctor prescribed Olmesartan and NO CHANGE! Been leaving message after message addressing this for 2+weeks after going up to 80mg and NO RESPONSES. YOULL THINK A NURSE WOULD ATLEAST RESPOND ONCE JUST TO GET MORE DATA. BUT NOTHING
