Once I had dropped off over 35 items. After picking them up, I went home to discover one item was not mine and one shirt was missing. I went to return the item belonging to someone else. To this day I am still awaiting a compensation and an excuse for my lost shirt. Which should not be difficult since these business are insured against this type of mishap.
New Method Cleaners here in Santa did a remarkable job on a 50 year old school parka that had been stored for an extended time and subject to water damage that caused a great deal of mold and mildew. It was thought to be permanently ruined by some, but when I got it back it looked like new. Remarkable !!! John Denko
