Don’t do it Wouldn’t recommend. management not all that. bad attitude and when you move out they’ll charge you unnecessary high charges. Also walls very thin, you’ll be able to hear your neighbors.
...roaches and attitude. the place is in the middle of woods u will see roaches not many tho... then they want to charge prices of NYC for roaches n attitude some times they are respectful nice n sometimes not at all... but it is safe
Worst Value for your Money Seriously disappointed in the quality of the Apartment for the money I spent a month. Maintenance would not come fix anything. They will tack on extra charges at the end even if you produce pictures and clean. You would do better going somewhere else.
Worst in town This is the absolute worst apartments in town. This is an extremely mismanaged property; junk cars everywhere, no available parking, leaky roofs , insect infestations , and management absolutely does not care about you or your concerns.

Shalonda is the best !!!!!!!!!! I went into meridian estate expecting it to be what it was back in the day. when I lived there, and honestly I didn't not want to relive those memories but as soon I walked in the door the apartment agent welcomed me with a warm smile and was literally the nicest person I have ever met in my life. She went over everything in great detail and even though I was not able to get the apartment at that time I will be working on my income to live there, because if they have people like shalonda there... read more
