As someone who has struggled with anxiety for most of my life, neurofeedback therapy has truly been life-changing. I would give it 100 stars if that were an option! Since starting treatment, I sleep better, no longer experience the constant anxiety that once affected my daily life, and have a much greater capacity to handle stress.
