When I started going to New Mentality 6 months ago, I didn't know how to control my feelings, I'd lash out at people and was a control freak. I hated the idea of therapy and tried it before and quit. This time go round I thought I found a place of comfortability. However that was very short lived. I ended up having more canceled appointments than actual sessions . They consistently called to cancel and say they would contact me back once they got their schedule together. I would never hear back from anyone.
