I originally came for an overlay and she said she couldn’t do it and didn’t know how. I proceeded to just get a French tip with gel polish (showed then inspo pic and video, basic French tip no design) and she also said she couldn’t do that. DO NOT get your eyebrows done here.. I walked in to the salon hoping to get a clean up (as someone with thicker brows that likes to maintain that look) and the provider took half of my thickness off. When I expressed I didn’t like them she just kept repeating the price which I said I’d still pay the $10 but it’s like I don’t like them and all 3 of the nail techs started going back and forth with me to which I responded I would still pay but I just wasn’t satisfied. Seems like a nice little family own business and they do a good job both on pedicures and fills
I tried to go get my nails done here a few months back and i rode past it today and it reminded me to leave my review, when i visited the main lady kept asking how i was paying over and over and i kept telling her i had cash and for some reason she didn't believe me i dont know if it’s because of how young i look or my skin or what but she kept acting like i didn't have the money for it, then she told me to wait and someone will assist me and an hour later goes by and she continues to glance every now n then but i'm still no... read more
Terrible service and confrontational staff! I have never experienced such poor customer service at this nail salon. The skills were subpar, and it looks like a year-old polished my toes.
