After dealing with multiple local companies who were ridiculous and couldn't be bothered with our "small job-siding leak repair" , we came across New Look Siding, they were PROMPT, HONEST and DID AN AMAZING JOB!!! Came when they said they would, did what they said they would, charged what they said they would and valued our small JOB! We could not have been more pleased and will absolutely recommend them to others and will most certainly use them again !! I cannot thank your company enough!
New Look Siding is EXCELLENT!!!! Our house has very pitched roofs and not many companies would even try to bid on it. New Look Siding was not intimidated at all. This guy's dropped the ball big time and wasted our time, they were hired to replace our windows, they came and measured and told us it would be about 2 weeks to get the new windows and would schedule an installation date.... well, 2 weeks passed, so I called them to get an update. The lady from their office pulled up my file and said our project was out of their scope of work... no one ever called me or anything. I'm glad I called in to follow up, otherwise we would have wasted more time.
