Always a wonderful experience! Love the staff and Josh is awesome! Very caring, gentle, and communicates great! Listens to concerns and addresses problems immediately.
Dr. Merrill and staff are THE BEST!! I was so nervous about my appt., but can honestly say that of all the times in my life I've had to get fillings done, this was the ONLY time I had NO pain/discomfort at all during the drilling--which is the part that scares me most. I felt so supported, and my anxiety approaching the procedure was validated and understood. It made a world of difference for me as the patient. THANK YOU Dr. Merrill and Holly, and staff!! Y'all are GREAT!!!

My experience on 9-19-2013 was great. As always, everyone in the office was courteous and friendly and very relaxed (which helps the patient relax as well)!
I had a great trip and exam to the Dentist Office the girls and Dr.was very polite and well trained they made it as comfortable for me as they could even thou I was in an aweful lot of pain Thank you very much Valery Moffit
Dr. Merrill and his staff are wonderful! I have a fear of going to the dentist that goes back to childhood, but I can honestly say Dr. Merrill is so gentle and makes sure you are doing ok while he does what is needed. He went the extra mile for my husband, and it was a huge blessing to have a dentist we knew we could trust to do what was best in his case! So worth the drive to go to New London!!!
From the receptionist to the dentist himself, I felt like a valued person. Always painless and professional.
