Everybody is so nice and they make you feel comfortable and confident in the dental procedures they are doing
I have had what I would consider two major things done with my teeth this year. Dr. has put all my fears of going to the dentist to rest. He is always kind and gentle and the whole staff is caring and friendly.
I think that the Dr is the best I will recommend him to everyone I know thank you for being so understanding with me and my needs

We have never had a less then pleasant experience with Dr. Merrill and his excellent staff. They are professional and kind. They really go above and beyond when working with my Special Needs Daughter, which has made going to the dentist a MUCH more pleasant process than it used to be! I would recommend them to anyone!
Great dentist. Only dentist I have ever had that pulled my tooth and I didn't even need to take ibuprofen the next day. And the teeth he pulled had almost 90 degree roots. My teeth are abnormal this is no joke. Very skillful .When giving the novocaine numbing shot some how you don't even feel it ... When I learned New London did sedation dentistry I scheduled my consultation. I found the staff to be very pleasant and concerned for me as a patient. I never knew dental work was not supposed to hurt. I had extensive work done in one sitting. It worked best for me. Dr. Merrill and his staff made me feel more comfortable than any dentist I had ever been to.
