The staff are extremely friendly. They explain each step of the process. They inform you of any opportunities you may have in a caring and professional nature. My entire family is cared for by them.

This was my 2nd time coming to New London dental (1st was emergency because I was out of town and knew Dr. Merril) but this time I chose to drive all the way from Jackson Michigan because of the ENTIRE staff!! I knew I wouldn’t be able to see the dentist I knew nor did I know the hygentist. Both did such an amazing job I actually feel as though I no longer need sedation as long as I go to New London dental. I’ve always needed it in the past even for a cleaning. New patient Everyone was very nice, they explained things and discuss options. Then they submitted everything to my insurance for approval.
