I was seen as soon as I arrived and found the waiting area had new furniture. The dental hygienist was very friendly and explained the process in detail. Procedure was completed without any pain and in an expedient manner. Very satisfied with the service.
Dr. Merrill DDS is always a very pleasant guy, that treats each of his patients like they are number #1. He is excellent at his art, of being a great dentist. Also, a very nice person and a very down to earth human being.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful at New London Dental. Ask questions and get answers. I like the water cleaning. When I leave the dentist office, my mouth doesn't hurt. I go twice a year and I brush and floss daily.
Always on time, professional, courteous and answers all questions. I have been a custom for 30 years.
