Dr. Merrill and his staff are wonderful! I have a fear of going to the dentist that goes back to childhood, but I can honestly say Dr. Merrill is so gentle and makes sure you are doing ok while he does what is needed. He went the extra mile for my husband, and it was a huge blessing to have a dentist we knew we could trust to do what was best in his case! So worth the drive to go to New London!!!
From the receptionist to the dentist himself, I felt like a valued person. Always painless and professional.
The Doctor is awesome and so is all the staff! I would recommend everyone to this dentist. I personally had very bed experiences with dentist in the past and now going to new London dental I'm at ease. The doctor is really great when giving shots. I couldn't ask for a better dentist!!
