I recently purchased a propane splitter and other items from New Line. I was helped initially by Jeff in Surrey and then by Jason at the Burnaby location. I found the customer service to be excellent. They were both professional, courteous and helpful, and they ensured that I purchased the correct items. Also, the items purchased were of high quality.
Extremely friendly & helpful staff
I came in for some simple hydraulic hose and fittings. The person behind the counter did everything he could to make me stupid, offering an uneducated opinion as to why my plan wouldnt work. But we had success at princess auto and my plan worked flawlessly. You lost the sale and you can lose the guy behind the counter for your own benefit.
Piers helped me out and he was so patient with me. Whatever I could imagine for my project, they had it in the back.
