Been here 4 months now. I like the quiet. I like that. The landlord is very easy to talk. No I have no complaints. Whatsoever, I appreciate the communication.

I’ve seen this company grow tremendously. Their houses are cleaned and very well maintained. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for an affordable as well a comfortable place to stay to room with New Life. You wont be disappointed..

ALL OF HIS HOUSES ARE SLUM… I lived on garabaldi that house the water people came and turned the water off. Slumelord pure slumelord he was bringing water from another house. Now that was the first red flag. Then he moved me to Joseph E Boone ok it was straight I thought, not. There was a urine smell coming out of my vent like someone pissed in the vent.
