ended up going here after my freind insisted i give it a try and im glad i did. The staff made sure I was comfortable the whole time and the whole process was alot smoother than I expected. They explained everything as they went so i didnt feel lost or nervous. Would go back without hesitating...
I was charged for a cleaning I never recieved. After that, it took three phone calls over two weeks just to get someone to call me back about my bill... The dentist himself was fine but the office staff definately dropped the ball on this one, it was a total mess trying to get it sorted out. Wouldnt go back, I have some freinds who had a much better experience but this just soured the whole thing for me.
i actually left feeling great for once lol my appointment was pretty quick and i didnt have to wait around which was nice. the hygenist was super careful and talked through everything she was doing. it didn't hurt like i was afraid it would which was a huge releif felt like they actually listend to what i was saying too definately going back in 6 months for the next checkup
The food came out fast and hot, exactly what I was craving.
My 6 month journey was well worth it! From start to finish, each appointment was exciting. Luis & Jennifer were very helpful & informative throughout this process. Dr Osafi made me feel very secure about the implant process & what to expect. Dr Glass was very gentle & quick with the finishing touches. I’m incredibly thankful for New Life dental & the team!
