New Life is the best! I did my research, and from the very first phone call with Luis, I knew that I had found the right place. Jen, at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful from the start, as she guided me through my medical clearance and details about my appointments. Michelle was my special dental assistant. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I'm not sure who decided where to place the implants, but this place is awful. I'm on my 3rd final in a year. Every time it breaks It's exactly the same place. This will be my 4th. If I had to do it over, I would NEVER go to this place. It happened while I was on vacation, which is now completely ruined because of these hacks. No wonder they only give a 1-year warranty. Don't expect a call back when it breaks. They are more interested in getting people to give them their money.

The people at the Irvine location are very nice and just as skilled. Emerald placed my crowns today and adjusted them to perfection. Thank you!
