Dr Martinez is amazing. I will forever appreciate her and the person centered care/surgery she gave to me! ❤️ This office and Dr Martinez is the biggest blessing of my life.
I had a very positive experience here. The wait time can be a bit long sometimes but Dr. Martinez and other staff have been so kind and attentive. When I had an issue with referrals, the nurse was so helpful on the phone.
Long wait times even if you have an appointment
Went in with my sister for an ultrasound at 8am for the FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY. Ended up sitting in the waiting room for 20+ minutes before asking about the wait time and then again stood there for 20 more minutes waiting for the receptionist to get a response. Then to just be told the ultrasound tech is not in yet. why schedule an 8am appointment for the person not even be there? not once tired to clear anything up and was just going to let us set there for however long it took for the person to how. very frustrating ... read more
