Something is very off about this clinic. I was told at 31 weeks I wouldn’t be getting anymore ultrasound sounds. Mind you I’m high risk and just had a little bit of blood leaking in my placenta. But they said that went away. But then randomly at 34 weeks they offered me an ultrasound then changed it to me getting them weekly, and scheduled me almost 10 appointments all in one phone call. As if they just realized they weren’t doing what they are supposed to and had to catch up. Also I’ve only met my ob twice!
I genuinely enjoy coming to this office because my doctor is kind, patient, and wonderful with both me and my kids. That said, the wait times have been frustrating. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment and arrived 15 minutes early, yet I was still waiting at 10:36 a.m. (I’m writing this while waiting in the waiting area) The office policy posted on the wall states that patients who arrive 10 minutes late must reschedule, so it’s discouraging to experience such a long delay on the provider’s side. I am so beyond thankful for every single lady in this clinic! I have been coming here since 2023 when I was pregnant with my first. I transferred from a different clinic due to a bad experience and as soon as I walked into New Life and talked to the ladies in there, I knew this was where I was meant to be. They truly care! I love New Life! I started coming here when I was pregnant. Never had any issues getting in and being seen. Everyone is very patient and kind. When I had my baby I was able to start having all my kids come here! All around it’s a great experience.
They have very intentional doctors who care for their patients very much, love the encouraging and kind staff!
