Love new life! Adrian and Dr Martinez have always been so amazing to me. Adrian always does my annuals fast cuz she knows of my trauma with them. She is never judgemental. Dr Martinez and I have had wonderful talks and she is so sweet and compassionate as well. I was so happy when Dr Cook joined the practice because I don’t need to leave the office for anything now. I can’t give 1 star for the clinic because truthfully, Dr Cook is fantastic. She’s patient, caring, and genuine. I’ve followed her to different clinics twice because she’s great. New Life Clinic, however, is awful. I have had nothing but issues getting messages to providers- it doesn’t matter if you call and leave a voicemail or if you send a mychart message…. no one responds. This clinic is great for young families and expecting parents. The staff is extremely friendly and the medical team truly listens to concerns and is key on addressing the root of problems. My son has been going to this clinic and seeing Dr. Cook since he was born and we will not go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a clinic that will actually address and hear your needs. I would rate this clinic and its staff a 10/10
For the love of your life, do not go here. They won’t renew your prescription and make you go through loops and tricks to even talk to a nurse/doctor to send in a renewal prescription to your pharmacy. Also not to mention, they “forgot” to send the prescription to the pharmacy. I called so many times and they always send me to the doctor’s voicemail which they take forever to respond.
