I was looking to repair my leaking balcony floor, and my real estate agent recommended Ian to us. Ian came to inspect the balcony and told us we didn’t need to hire a contractor because we could handle the repair ourselves. He explained exactly how to do it and what materials to buy. We found New Leaf Remodeling online and read their reviews before deciding to work with them on our kitchen. I'm happy to add my review to the list. Ian and his crew came in and did a great job start-to-finish. We helped us order everything from the cabinets to the tile to the appliances before we started the work so that the kitchen came together in record time. I'm happy every time I step into our new kitchen. I recommend Ian and New Leaf.
Our bathroom remodel with New Leaf was the best experience we have had with a contractor working in our house (which we've done 5 or 6 times over the course of a couple of different houses). From the beginning, Ian and Heather were easy to work with and accommodating to revisions and scope changes that inevitably happen in these projects. I went with New Leaf Remodeling after meeting with a lot of salespeople. Ian inspired confidence in me with his suggestions on how to save money and his obvious knowledge of remodeling older homes. His wife, Heather, handled the permits and the inspections and even helped us find the fixtures we were looking for. They are a great husband/wife team, and their crew is like an extended family. As much as a remodeling experience can be great, this one was.
