I went to the new Ying yoga Tues night and it was amazing. It was a great workout and felt like a spa experience. They were there and made sure your posture was where it needed to be so you got the most out of the class. The lavender towels and the light pressure during corpse pose made it feel like such a spa experience and yoga all wrapped up in one. Great job! I stayed at hotels almost every week due to work and work out at the hotels gym. This past week, the hotel I stayed at offered passes to a local chain gym. Even though this chain gym was nicer than the hotel's excerise room it didn't compare to New Leaf. The clean atmosphere and friendly staff makes New Leaf a one of a kind fitness center. So glad we have this great place in our town. Thank you, Jan Loeb and your great staff.
I just joined and i must say i get excited to go. The staff is very nice and the equipment is awesome. My favorite is the steam room and sauna after a workout.
This place is FANTASTIC!!! So beautiful...so relaxing here. I've gotta experience it all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
