Great workout machines, classes for all ages,love my protein shakes I get there. Staff is very helpful and it’s a great gym to go to.

Had a mother/daughter massage today, it was so relaxing. This place is beautiful/clean and very inviting. The staff is so nice and helpful. This was our first visit and definitely will NOT be our last. Monina was amazing! Thank you!!
I would like to the all the girls at the Spa and Cocos for a wonderful afternoon and evening!!!! We had the couples massage and dinner in the Spa area and it was wonderful!!!!! Thank you to everyone!!!! Can't wait to do this again!!!!! What a great place!!!!!!
