The doctor I saw was great but the front desk staff and scheduling department is terrible. Do NOT come here unless you want incompetent, rude staff. I was put on hold and no one got to me after much time passed. This office has the rudest staff. Go elsewhere for your healthcare. Avoid this place at all costs.
During the COVID period, I chose New Kingdom Healthcare because they offered a sense of medical freedom and I knew Dr. Bob, their pediatrician, came highly recommended. Initially, the care was excellent and aligned with the values I appreciated. However, over the years, I’ve become disappointed with the quality of care. Incredible people, the front desk ladies are so amazing!
I have battled chronic illness for years. Walked in as a new patient, they treated me like I’d been a patient for 20 years. Leading with plan of attack, to alleviate me from the pain and burden of my illness. Very kind staff. Very knowledgeable.
