My son has been coming here since it was new kids dental, this is the second time we have not been contacted on changes with the office. He is non verbal and autistic and requires sedation. We were just in office for our cleaning and no one told me prior to the appointment that they do not offer sedation anymore. In office staff lied and blamed it on Medicaid. Literally had an appt at 8:30, only 1 person in there other than us. 20 minutes later they call the other person back and we still have to sit and wait. Ended up getting up and leaving and I won’t be returning. A waste of time.

First time there with my two boys couldn’t have had a better experience. Clean efficient and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
