I was a patient of Dr.Koota’s and he was absolutely amazing but now retired. I have called several times and even sent messages through my chart for my prescription refills. Not one response in over three weeks. I am not sure what happened since he left but this is completely irresponsible for a medical facility. I have no choice but to look for a new office. This is so sad since I really liked Dr.Koota.

Dr Feder treated my BPH with a greenlight laser procedure in Nov, 2024. It surely changed my life for the better. I didn't think my problem could be corrected and I was miserable. Now I don't have to think about it. Great result, go see him!
The negative reviews are all accurate Staff is dismissive, unprofessional, and sometimes downright combative. The doctors are on the level, for the most part. What made my experience with this office hell was one person... Mary... If you read these, this ones for you Mary. She refused to work with my disability advocate for weeks on end. Refused to update them until directly confronted in person, because she would ignore phone calls and hang up.
