They helped me for two weeks with a Pre-authorization that was a pain in the ass. Dr. Boetang rocks. Good people, good practice.
Dr Koota and Feder are great doctors and their office doesn't keep you waiting long . Highly recommend this place
The Doctor is a great person ,he knows his stuf..but staff, sucks, 2 times I have come to the office early thinking that I can get out in a resemble time and Im here over 3 hrs...I don't know if the Dr is over booking or staff..Ill be changing Dr....Not Happy
I was a patient of Dr.Koota’s and he was absolutely amazing but now retired. I have called several times and even sent messages through my chart for my prescription refills. Not one response in over three weeks. I am not sure what happened since he left but this is completely irresponsible for a medical facility. I have no choice but to look for a new office. This is so sad since I really liked Dr.Koota.
Terrible customer service/ they just make me waste my time.
