Pretty easy to schedule the appointment for my CT Scan, except for the 10 million questions (the call to make the appointmentwas 19 minutes)! The building looks a bit outdated, yet the people there are nice, respectful, and efficient. I was in the exam room at the time scheduled and out of the room in less than 10 minutes. Had my doctor not requested the CD, it would have been a 10 minutes in and out CT Scan exam. Unfortunately, the doctor wanted that CD, which took a good 25 minutes to come out the printer. This place is extremely unprofessional and violate hippa regulation. I've been contacted twice for my mother appointments which they never bothered to confirm her phone number and I updated it. When asked to speak with a manger I was place on hold for over 40min amd then someone hung up the phone. Being that I work in Healthcare I disappointed in this place and even that my mother was referred there.
