This office was super accommodating, clean, and professional. In addition, the staff are pleasant, thorough, and so knowledgeable and friendly! I would highly recommend NJIN for your imaging needs!!
Scheduled my appointment and was guaranteed I would be out within an hour due to work constraints, or I would have not booked the time slot given. I was there for 3 hours and was unable to get the disc for my MRI after waiting an additional 30 minutes for it. I was then promised due to the lack of consideration for my time that the office would drop the CD at my doctor. Had an MRI of left foot was suppose to entire foot n ankle at the Jersey City off on Pavonia Ave.Technician only took half of foot. Prescription was fully detailed. Dr. Was upset that they didn't get the proper MRI taken could not get results. Been in pain for 3 mos. Will cancel my next appt. Will not go to facility ever again.
Jersey City Pavonia location: staff and technicians were fine, but over 2.5 hours? When on Summit ave I was ALWAYS out within an hour (from sign in to MRI to waiting for a disc). Also was told by the scheduler to park at 2 journal Square, only to be told "we don't validate at that garage any longer"..>WTF?!? You owe me $23 and if I have to subtract it from a future bill, I WILL.
Staff is rude and inconsiderate to people's appointment time! Worst place for imagining
