I scheduled an appointment and confirmed it. They tell me I didn't confirm it and booked over me, then tell me I can wait for an opening but there are quite a few appointments ahead of me or I can reschedule. I don't have time for either, gave up time out of my sleep to accommodate them this time. Shouldn't they take the person who first booked the appointment and make the other person wait?
Second time coming to this facility in Queens Blvd you came ahead of my scheduled appointment they make you wait for check in they tell you your appointment is at a certain time and when you show them the text and appointment they say there sorry there is always a delay the front desk needs to stop chi chatting and handle patients i will never go back to this place
I had a ct exam done back on 4/12 and the report has not been completed about a month later, I went to the doctor on Thusday , May 1st. and I had to request the day off at work to get the results and to my surprise the doctor had no report and no diagnosis for me. it was a complete waste of my time and his time since all I did was waste my time at the reception and later at the room only to be told to reschedule and contact them to request the report to be done. I have been a client of this establishment since 2008 I now reside in a different state called numerous times to get my results sent to my new imaging center worship Fresno has refused to send my images shame on them I would not recommend this place they do not care for women it's all about the numbers
My husband had MRIs done today at this location. The staff is absolutely professional and welcoming. They take their time to make sure you are comfortable. Donna and Harold did the MRIs. Donna was the one that went into the room and reassured my husband that they were monitoring him. They were there if he needed anything. I’ve also had MRIs here. I only wish I had found this location before because it is completely different than the other location. You will feel safe and welcomed here. I recommend this location.
first of all I do not like to leave negative feedback with that being said when I go into the facility I have a good experience but in general rolling oaks appointment scheduling has been a nightmare I have a known cyst lump?? that is very painful in my right breast ultrasound and mammogram every 6 months needed scheduled my appointment waited 2 months they canceled the night before told me I had to wait another 3-4 months to get in.. that they were booked up...so .rescheduled apt two months away with a long drive.. If there was a 0 star option I would rate it 0. Two words: stay away! Absolutely horrible back office, never contacted my insurance for preapproval for 7 business days even though insurance informed me to ask provider give them a call and approval and codes are provided immediately. A week and a half in pain and can’t even get an MRI to figure out what is going on.
I had an MRI here today. This was the most incredible experience I ever had in a medical setting. I suffer from claustrophobia and have been in and out of hospitals before for other conditions and these experiences left traumatized for life. However, the team downstairs at the C LEVEL: Ms. Tabitha and Luis were incredible. They calmed me down and stayed with me during the exam. They were definitely Angels in disguise!!! Everything Ho Chu said below. Calling to schedule an appointment is the most frustrating thing ever. I would rather have 10 Colonoscopies and a root canal than have to try to schedule an appointment with VRI. Once you go in for imaging, they are professional and fast, but trying to talk to their scheduler is unprofessional and frustrating.
