Not sure why many reviews are poor, but most are from long time ago so I wanted to write about my recent experience there. When I entered, I noticed the place looks like a medical clinic and everything is very clean. I was a first time donor and starting with the receptionist, I felt very welcomed. not happy with judgemental attitude with one of the stuff today
Here I am once again donating blood at the Paramus location. I have been coming to this location for years. I would like to commend the entire staff for being efficient, friendly & polite. It is such a pleasure to visit here every 2 months to donate blood. Thank you so much & God bless you all!
Made a double red appointment arrived on time the I waited over 70 minutes with no sign they won’t would be taking me soon. So I left. I understand they might be short staffed but for goodness sake offer less appointments or take less walkins.
