Have used the CVS since 1998. It got progressively worse. Service stinks. Long lines. No help at all. Someone told me about Nathan....tried it out. Service like its supposed to be. They know your name they call you immediately. If there is a problem with insurance company, they try 3-4 times before asking you for help. I have transferred all of my scripts there and will continue to use Nathan and his team always.
With Nathan and his staff i would not even think of going anywhere else and i am always telling people to go to them because they are truly the best. Every time i walk in there i never have to wait and they are so personable that it makes you say i will never go to another pharmacy. I thank them for all that they do and they take such good care of my daughter when she needs her medicine in an emergency situation.
This is the best pharmacy and staff in deer park for sure! I won't go anywhere else. They are accommodating and kind. They know who you are and really make everything easy. When you have a child with special needs on medication it can be stressful to deal with insurance and scripts, they just make it easy. I can't say that about any other pharmacy on deer park avenue. The best thing I did was switch to them. Highly recommend this local business!!!
Best Pharmacy ever! Extremely accommodating. Will follow up consistently with doctors office to ensure scripts are faxed over in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable about such things as insurance issues and coverage, drug interactions and reactions etc. Very quick filling scripts I never have to wait on long lines like at CVS or Walgreens. New Island Pharmacy is the only place we go to have our prescriptions filled. Nathan and his staff (Maddie & Danielle) are the best - friendly, professional.... If my wife or I have any questions about medications, side effects, etc. we call Nathan, not our doctor. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Thank you!
