Thank you – New Image helped me out a great deal by providing the work that the original roofing contractor who did my house should have done. If only whoever built my house had used them to build the roof, I wouldn't of had to contract them to replace portions of the roof for a two-year-old house! That being said, New Image did an incredible job and were a pleasure to work with. If only all the contractors I've worked with over the years were as personable, knowledgeable and all-around great.

Honest and Hardworking – I hired New Image roofing Roofing last Spring and was impressed with their hardworking staff. I waited almost a year to write a review to make sure The new roof was trouble free. I also like that they are a small local company, not some big corporate roofing company that doesn't really care about my project. Mark was very honest with me and gave me a good estimate that didn't change when the project was done.

Very happy I choose New Image Roofing – After obtaining several quotes and spending a lot of time researching we chose New Image Roofing to do our roof. I'll admit my wife and I can be very picky people but they not only met our expectations they exceeded them. Everything was explained to us very clearly and we never had a single question that went unanswered. The quality of the work was superb and the crew did a great job protecting our landscaping. Happy in Cinco Ranch – New Image replaced my roof and almost every neighbor in my cul-du-sac due to a Hail storm and I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently their crews worked. We live in an HOA and New Image Roofing made sure the colors we all picked out would work and sure enough, my neighbor around the corner went with another company and now they may have to replace their roof a second time! Thank you for your diligence and our great looking new roof!‎

A+++ – New Image Roofing finished my roof May, 2010 and did so in a very professional manner. I waited a few months and a few rains before writing a review. They were very courteous to my family. They did a great job picking up everyday and finished the job in only a few days. The workers certainly knew what they're doing and can do it very well. Their bid wasn't the lowest, but we all know, you get what you pay for! Nice job guys! Thanks.

Beware is correct – After reading their reviews I only saw one that I believed was written by a consumer, the one that said to beware! Make this guy provide you with his roofing insurance, call the BBB and check them out. And yes I've seen their work and yes I am in the business! AGAIN BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great job! – Found these people with the reference and I am very happy with their work. Their team is very hard working and always finish their work on time. They made our roof entirely new and the brick work they did was out of question. Once again Thank you.‎

Would have given a zero but wasnt an option. Beware of this company. Claims to belong to many organizations but doesnt be sure to ask for verification..actually check for verification yourself. Threatened for payment when job was inferior. All we kept hearing was I will take care of it. Roof leaked within a couple of months once we had a hard rain. Our attorney sent him a letter to give the option to fix everything and we never heard from him again. All I can say is always check with the BBB first. Cannot stress enough check... read more
