They were very responsive when the roof was installed, but since I have been trying to get some warranty work done it has been nothing but snail movement and constant non communication between me and the company. I would strongly look around for a more trustworthy company that has a record of customer service and compliance.
Great company for all Roofing needs. They were able to do my gutters, siding, and interior damage as well.
My husband and I were stressing about our roof the insurance company was giving us the run around so we called New Image to get a quote and they had great prices and haggle with our insurance company too today they did out roof started at 7am ans were done by 1145am we couldn't be happier!!!!
I called them after my insurance company denied to pay for my roof. They had the adjuster come back out and the they were able to talk them into paying for the new roof.
