We received an amazing service
I had a great experience at this nail salon and I always come here! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The place was super clean and had a relaxing vibe. I asked for a a gel manicure and it turned out lovely and just how I wanted!
I called in the morning to make an appointment for 5:30PM. I show up at that time and there were 3 technicians that were working on customers so I expected there to be a short wait. After 10minutes of waiting and choosing my colour, they tell me that it would be another 15-20minute wait, meaning that my appointment would start 40minutes after my booked appointment. I don't appreciate calling ahead for technicians to not respect the booked slot and accept other customers knowing that there are appointments already booked ahea... read more
Absolutely in love with my nails! The staff are incredible, and Carol does a fantastic job every time!
