Carol was so friendly and took such great care with my nails! I showed her a photo of how I wanted them done, and she recreated it perfectly. She paid attention to my preferences and made sure I was happy throughout the process. My nails turned out flawless, and I’ve already received so many compliments. Carol is incredibly talented and professional—I’ll definitely be coming back to her again!
Do not come here.. save your money and go elsewhere. Going in, the vibes were immediately off – one of the ladies were staring at me in a very mean/judgemental way. I wanted to get acrylic and they used an electric file for my cuticles (red flag), they were dismissing me everytime i said IT HURT (manicures of any kind SHOULD NOT hurt), i was bleeding and they didn't care. Acrylics are meant to last 2-3 weeks and due to poor prep or whatever the reason, my nails started to come off over a week later. How can you explain this?
