Always late for opening the shop.. never answer the phone, unprofessional
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. I arrived at 10 AM for a balayage, a service I had previously done here with an amazing stylist named Ruby. Unfortunately, they got rid of her, and now their service is nothing like before. I provided reference pictures and clearly stated that I did not want my roots touched. If you’re not Dominican,, you are not welcome here. The lady look like she has an attitude problem. Her face from the start looks mean I do not recommend you to come here Also overpriced for some simple stuff that you wanna do here .
