I was referred to Hilary for eye liner permanent make up by another cosmetic professional. Since I am visually impaired, permanent eyeliner has always been on my bucket list. I waited because I was afraid that the make up wouldn’t be as perfect as I wanted it or that it would be too thick and trashy looking. I had nothing to fear with Hilary. Hillary is the best my eyeliner and eye brows lasted a long time and they were very natural. I'm a hairdresser and I've seen a lot of old tattoo eyebrows that changed color after awhile, Hillary's don't change they look great for a long time. Thanks Hillary I think mine we're 15 years ago. I know I need them again but I live along way away. Maybe soon I can get them done again
I love love love Hilary! We had a phone conversation, several actually over a whole other topic, but she saved my eyebrows! I was days away from micro blading and she educated me to the point where I’m legit grateful for my health of my face for her. Had she not told me the difference between tattoo and micro blading, I’d probably have bloody keloids where my brows should be. It’s too bad I’m in Arizona because I would only trust her to tattoo me. Trust me, Hilary is who you want to help you she is 5 stars all the way
