Professional and courteous....every other stereo shop told me that it was not possible for me to get a double din stereo in my 2014 chevy corvette, New Image Autosports is the only shop that agreed this was a tedious job but they could do it. they did it perfect to where it looks like factory. I will definitely be recommending them to other people!

I had my car recently outfitted with an auxilliary for my Honda Civic 2002 so that I can listen to my iPod. I received prompt and knowledgeable service. The staff was friendly and helpful and the results in the car were seamless and clean. I am already recommending this to my friends. Also, here I was quoted over 100$ less than some other local "big time" retailer, which had mediocre reviews. Their new shop looks amazing! Definitely check them out for your automotive audio needs!

These guys are the best! I've been there several times and they always provide great service, especially Mohammad, he knows what to do and always friendly and other great thing about this shop is, they are pretty much cheapest car audio store I've ever been!! I forgot to mention the tech guy named Miguel. I swear he is the genius. My navigation unit that is in my car which came with the car when I bought it had issues but Miguel spent 3 hours for me and fixed it and made it work!! Ok, I would not normally leave a review visiting a retail store, let alone a car audio store. But seriously these guys were great. I am too used to pushy, aggressive sales people, who talk too much, and tell you too little information in regards to the product. Junior and his crew are spectacular, down to earth human beings! They treated me like family, and I felt very comfortable giving them my business and expensive vehicle. I will definitely see them again for any of my car needs!

These guys understand how to make your music sound GOOD! That's why I asked them to install my stereo two times -- once in my old car (last year) and now in my new Jetta. My commute is so much better than it used to be! Their expertise and craftsmanship make for such a better end-result than going to a basic retail store, guessing what you need, and installing it yourself.

Brought my car in 20 minutes before they closed to have them look at a problem with my 2 year old alarm. Fixed it in 5 minutes, for free. Those guys are great and know exactly what they're doing. If only every business was like this one! Honest, competent people! I will definitely come back once I have a new car to have them install a stereo. I can totally recommend them for all of your stereo & alarm needs!

The salespeople are very friendly and helpful, working with me to find the right stereo that fit my car and budget. The installation was fast (1hour for my job; I was expecting a day or 2), and everything about my visit was a pleasant experience.
