I can honestly say that i really enjoy this place! They really know how to work with your budget, instead of pushing me to get something a little more pricey (or make me pay a whole lot more for the same car). The sales person i had spoke with was very friendly and professional, and i got a nice car at an unbeatable price!
After walking in to New Image Autosports on Alpha road I couldn't believe a store like this was in a neighborhood like that. I felt like I was in a different world. This place is the only place that touches my car. He's done so far all of my cars, Audi A5, BMW 350I, BMW 650I, MERCEDES E350, and my PORSHE CAYMAN! He knows what to do and I've never had issues with my cars. They have great quick service and give you lots of information. One tip though is waiting is not much. Get dropped off by a friend and come back.
This place is great! I called the day before I brought my car in to have an aux input installed and Sam gave me a quote and told me how long it would take. I showed up the next morning and the staff there was super nice and accommodating. Sam took care of everything and was very nice throughout everything. They told me it would take about an hour to an hour and a half and in the end it only ended up taking about 30 minutes, and I was charged the exact amount that was quoted. I had a amp and sub installed by these guys recently. They were as great as the other reviews said. The installation took them a bit longer than they thought but they kept me informed, kept the install nice and clean, and did an overall great job! I would certainly recommend these guys to anyone in the Dallas or surrounding area looking for a car stereo upgrade to give these guys a visit! Thanks again New Image Autosports!
Unbelievable back up and responsibility for their product. I had several problems with a product and Sam (co-owner) 100% backed it up at his expense. The shop policy is fabulous, one I certainly can trust. I just wish all my dealings with other places equaled this one. I cannot say enough! I definitely recommend this place over ANY other car audio business in Dallas! And I have been to many to realize this is THE place you want to come get your car audio and electronics!
New Image Autosports sold me a very nice Alpine system, had it all installed within an hour or so of purchase, and did a great job of installing it. A previous owner of my car had done a terrible job of installing a stereo and made a complete mess of things, but the New Image folks cleaned it all up and made it all right again. The cost was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Junior & Sam!
